For your slugs’ power to be released quickly, you will need to build up energy over time. You will therefore need to match up as many elements as you can on the deep game. There will also be elements that have portraits of characters so you can easily identify which elements are going to give your slug energy. You will get more energy if you match more elements.

You can see how much energy you have built up by looking at the energy meter to the left of the screen. You will see an energy bar, and an energy line to indicate your current energy level.
